The Dalijay Tech Hub is an after-school program that teaches children and any other IT enthusiast, computer programming skills. Children between ages 5-18 can join any of our coding programs from Schools, Community Centers and Libraries to learn to create computer games, animations, interactive arts, websites and mobile apps.
Dalijay Tech Hub was founded by Lawson Dalikey-Dotsey and James Ackah Blay through the Girls in ICT launch at Takoradi Atlantic Hotel in Ghana in 2019. We believe that computer programming and other technical skills is a tool of empowerment and children's future career depends on it. This is the reason why we have formed a team with a mission to ensure that every child and youth particularly girls have access to the skills they need to thrive in our increasingly digital world. We envision a prosperous Ghana in which the next generation has the knowledge and confidence to harness the power of technology to achieve economic and personal fulfillment.
